Zusammenfassung:FIELD: automatic electric drive systems, possibly for controlling multi-coordinate electromechanical systems, namely for controlling welding automatic machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of setting discrete position values of working organ of welding automatic machine for interpolating reference path on base of such values; determining frequency of changing values for setting position; setting for interpolation intervals motion speed values and acceleration values of working organ of welding automatic machine; forming set of reference position paths; measuring initial and final values of target position of working organ of welding automatic machine; finding nearest reference path and changing increments of values for setting position and frequency of changing values for setting position in proportion to exceed of measured position over reference one. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy for controlling electric drive of welding automatic machine. ^ 3 dwg
