Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: construction engineering; construction of "warm" floors. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes placing and securing of floor plate on rods of reinforcing cage and placing concrete mix on them. Each heating tube is placed in corrugated water- and air-permeable envelope made from rigid heat-resistant material ; excessive moisture and air are removed by evacuation through gradual extraction of heating tube from envelope; upon completion of evacuation process, heating tube is returned to its position and is connected to heating system; heating tubes are made from polymer metal material. Device for concreting the monolithic reinforced concrete floors includes reinforcing cage of floor plate to whose rods heating tubes are connected for laying concrete mix on them. Heating tubes are made form polymer or polymer-metal material and are arranged in corrugated water- and air-permeable envelope made from rigid heat-resistant material; outlet of each heating tube is connected with evacuation system which includes vacuum pump and air filter; each heating tube is connected to heating system; sealants are fitted at inlets and outlets of heating tubes. ^ EFFECT: enhanced strength of concrete; improved quality of concrete structure over entire thickness. ^ 5 cl, 6 dwg
