Outputting shaft of hydraulic pit drive and spindle shaft are made as one element mounted in cylindrical body at sharp angle to its longitudinal axis and rigidly connected to cutting tool. Lower ends of cylindrical body and cutting tool in projection on a plane perpendicular to well axis plane are displaced one relatively to another. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of deflector operation. ^ 2 dwg
