Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, orthopedic stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining casting form followed by substitution of denture's wax construction for plastic one due to casting deformation technique. One should apply the pressure upon basis plastic simultaneously from two sides since the onset of polymerization: along casting canal inside and with compressed air through an opening in cuvette and through a groove in gypsum press-mold through porous gypsum outside. Device consists of modified detachable dental cuvette to obtain press-mold containing the upper and the lower foundations between which a thickening agent is located to develop hermetism inside the cuvette. In the upper foundation of cuvette there is a threaded opening for sealing, one edge of which is semispherical and is installed for the period to obtain press-mold to form a groove in gypsum press-mold. Further, before the onset of polymerization, one should screw in a valve to supply compressed air (is not specified). The upper and the lower foundations are connected with three bolts. In the upper foundation there is a socket for connection with a syringe-press (an injector), the lower foundation is connected with thermoelement for plastic polymerization. Forming the denture's basis with plastic applied upon gypsum model of jaw should be carried out with the help of a syringe-press (an injector) via casting system after obtaining wax construction of denture's basis and wax pouring-supplying system. The present innovation provides precise correlation of internal surface of denture's basis to micro- and macro-relief of denture's bottom along with steady density of the main material. ^ EFFECT: decreased polymerization shrinkage. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
