Zusammenfassung:FIELD: machine vision engineering, applicable in the sensors of the value and direction and speed of movement of observed objects. ^ SUBSTANCE: the integrated circuit of the optical sensor has a group of optical sensors, having semiconductor photosensitive and flow regions of conductance of opposite types, amplifiers connected directly or via transistor addressing keys to the flow regions of the sensors, one or a group of analog-to-digital converters connected directly or via a multiplexer to the amplifiers, signal digital processing device connected directly or via a multiplexer to an analog-to-digital converter. The photosensitive semiconductor regions of the optical sensors may be covered with a transparent field electrode serving as a gate for the flow regions. Additionally it is proposed to position the flow regions in the centers of the photosensitive regions. ^ EFFECT: enhanced luxvolt sensitivity of the photosensors and respective increase of the maximum recorded speed of movement of the observed objects. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
