METHOD FOR PREPARING ION-BOUND DERIVATIVES OF CHITOSAN OLIGOSACCHARIDE

FIELD: medicinal and food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing derivatives of chitosan oligosaccharide that can be used as component of different compositions. Method for preparing ion-bound derivatives of chitosan oligosaccharide involves enzymatic depolymerization in the presence of papain and acetic acid followed by spraying drying the product. Then the prepared product is subjected for two-fold dissolving in water and spraying drying by turns regime and then the prepared product is dissolved in water in combination with substances having acidic groups taken among nicotinic acid, lactic acid, glycine hydrochloride, L-carnitine hydrochloride, glutamic acid, gamma-amino-beta-phenylbutyric acid hydrochloride, adenosine phosphate, cocarboxylase, aspartam, gemfibrozil, aminocaproic acid hydrochloride, niflumic acid, succinic acid, ascorbic acid, vitamin B3, methionine or acexamic acid followed by drying the prepared product.
