Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: method of safe industrial waste combating. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves producing explosive mixture including chlororganic waste agent and neutralizing additive and detonating explosive mixture. Explosion mixture is condensed explosive which optionally includes industrial explosive component. Neutralizing additive is selected from nitrate of alkali metal or calcium or sodium nitrate. Relation between amount of chlororganic waste agent and amount of neutralizing agent is 1:2. ^ EFFECT: provision of full waste decomposition, full neutralization of decomposition products and prevention of forming new dangerous chlorinated products. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl
