Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: radio engineering, receivers in cellular communication systems with code-division access. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention utilizes adaptive algorithm of formation of directivity pattern of array. Vector of weight coefficients is found by position of maximum of decision function. Decision function is based on evaluation of ratio signal/(noise+disturbance) in pilot channel across output of adaptive array and is not singular even in absence of noise and disturbance. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and accuracy of characteristics during reception of signal under conditions of various noises and signals. ^ 5 cl, 8 dwg
