Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: machine-building hydraulics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for use is different branches of industry and as household devices. Pump has housing, cylinder block, both made of nonmagnetic material. Cylinder block is installed on shaft in housing for rotation. Pump has also end distributing disks connected to housing and made in form of rings provided with suction and delivery distributing ports and ring grooves in end faces of disks from cylinder block side. Permanent magnets are fitted in grooves with unlike poles arranged axially on end faces parallel to end faces f block and diametrically reversible polarity on each end face. Pistons are made in form of permanent magnets with axial magnetization whose like poles are orientated in one side. Pistons are installed in axially cylinders of block forming with cylinders working chambers at both sides of pistons communicating periodically with distributing ports. Ring groove of each disk is provided with opposite bridges connecting opposite sides of grooves and made in form of ring sectors with equal angles of sector. Distance between end faces of bridge sectors exceeds diameter of piston. Permanent magnets are also made in form of ring sectors, each provided with distributing port. Each groove accommodates at least two sectors of permanent magnets differing in cohesive force increasing in direction of cylinder block rotation. ^ EFFECT: increased volumetric efficiency of pump, decreased non-uniformity of delivery. ^ 2 dwg |
