Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: biotechnology, genetic and protein engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing a fused protein eliciting the enhanced erythropoietin activity. The used protein represents the human erythropoietin comprising by C-end a fragment of mutant C-end peptide of human chorionic gonadotropin beta-subunit with amino acid sequence corresponding to positions 7-34 of the sequence SEQ ID NO.1 wherein one-four serines at positions 10, 16, 21 and 27 are replaced with alanine or glycine. The fused protein is prepared by culturing cellular strain transformed with recombinant vector comprising nucleic acid that encodes the fused protein.
