Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: dressing of natural minerals. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with wet magnetic dressing of finely dispersed iron ores (ferruginous quartzite). The technical result is a decrease of the electric power consumption for production of one ton of the concentrate without decrease of its quality. The method provides for comminution of the crushed ore, grading of the comminuted product, magnetic separation of drainages of qualifiers, extraction of a nonmagnetic product in waste products of the magnetic separation. The magnetic product is classified in hydrocyclones and additionally comminuted in a middlings mill. From the hydrocyclones drainage of one and the same stage of comminution the waste products are separated in several runs using the magnetic lattices installed in tanks of deslimers, and from drainages of hydrocyclones and from sands of deslimers before extraction of waste products they extract an over-lattice product using magnetic lattices, which then is sent in circulation through a magnetic separation. At that the grading in hydrocyclones and additional comminution in the middlings mill are conducted with circulation of a magnetic product. At that for comminution of the crushed ore up to the given sizing of concentrate two mills of the first stage and one middlings mill are used. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to decrease electric power consumption for production of one ton of the concentrate without reduction of its quality. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
