Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has dosing means hydraulically connected to tank for chemical reagent and line of force pumping of chemical reagent into the well, outlet valve, drive of dosing means, cinematically connected to dosing means. Dosing means is made in form of plunger pump with force-pumping chamber and suck-in chamber. Pipeline suck-in chamber is connected to tank of chemical reagent into the well. Drive of dosing means is made in form of hydraulic pusher, in jointed connection to frame, with electric drive and control block. Cinematic connection of drive to and dosing means is performed through system: two-shoulder lever - spring-loaded stop, fixed on the frame. Rod of hydraulic pusher is in jointed connection to one shoulder of lever, end of second shoulder of which by means of roller fixed on it is placed in interaction with spring-loaded stop located in the barrel. Two-shoulder lever is placed on the frame rotatably. Body of plunger pump and barrel are rigidly displaced on the frame in such a way that their longitudinal axes are placed on one straight line. Line of force-pumping of chemical reagent into the well is made in form of flexible capillary armored pipe and is fixed on outer surface of tubing pipes. Outlet valve is placed on said pipe in area of receiving well pump. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and simplified adjustment of reagent supply, universal use of device for handling different wells. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
