Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: iron and steel and nonferrous metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the fields of iron and steel and nonferrous metallurgy, in particular, to doping steels, non-ferrous metals and alloys in electron beam furnaces. The method provides for feeding of in the electron beam furnace of comminuted alloying materials and their smelting. Alloying materials are fed in the electron beam furnace together with a billet intended for remelting, in which a groove is made along all its length. A pattern is installed in the groove so, that to form longitudinal parallel cells, which are filled in with the corresponding alloying materials and uniformly leveled along the whole length, then the pattern is removed. The invention allows to reduce the doped high-quality alloy in the form of ingots of rectangular or square form with homogeneous structure and the given chemical composition. ^ EFFECT: production of rectangular or square ingots of doped high-quality alloys with homogeneous structure and the given chemical composition. ^ 2 tbl, 3 dwg |
