Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery, endocrinology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method deals with lumbar sympathectomy. Then comes perforation of bony tissue through patient's skin and soft tissues with high-intensive laser radiation at wave length of 1.064 mcm in impulse mode. Moreover, at first one should apply perforation openings up to periosteum. Then bony tissue should be perforated up to bone marrow canal followed by stimulating bone marrow for 5-20 sec. Then comes muscular tunnelization of affected limb with the help of diode laser at wave length being 805 nm in impulse mode. Catheterization is performed collaterally in femoral artery of affected limb for intra-arterial induction of medicinal preparations. ^ EFFECT: decreased traumaticity. ^ 2 ex
