Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: building industry, particularly building units for glazing building openings, windows of railroad cars. ^ SUBSTANCE: unit has rear, outer and inner glass plates, metal frame, sealing means and additional spacing frame with perforations and depression into which dehumidifier is placed. Rear and inner glass plates are united by spacing frame into one-compartment glass pack. Metal frame is connected by sealing means to outer ends of rear and inner glass plates. Outer glass plate is fixed by sealing means to metal frame along outer perimeter thereof. Inner glass plate is formed of polymeric impact-resistant glass and has protective layer for protection against ultra-violent radiation. Outer glass plate is made of polished silicate glass. Rear glass plate is formed of injury-safe glass having toning layer sprayed on inner surface thereof. Glass pack chamber is filled with gas. Relation between outer glass plate thickness and inner glass plate thickness is 0.7 - 1.0. ^ EFFECT: provision of necessary climatic conditions, increased maintainability. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg
