INSTALLATION FOR COAL SLIME PROCESSING INTO FUELS

FIELD: processing of waste products of a coal industry into fuels. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation processing finely dispersible waste products of a coal industry and non-commercial fines into the ennobled fuels of household and technological assignment. The installation of processing of a coal slime into fuels contains: a unit for preparation of a water-coal suspension linked with the dressing-thickening apparatus, a unit of water clarification and thickening of the solid phase, a line of the clarified water removal linked with a unit for preparation of a water-coal suspension, a line of removal of the partially clarified water. At that the line of the partially clarified water removal from the dressing-thickening apparatus is fused to the unit of clarification of water and thickening of a solid phase, and the line of removal of a thickened slurry is fused either to the unit of preparation of water-coal fuel, or with the unit of additional dehydration, that is in series connected either with the unit of production of patch fuel, or with the consumer. The invention allows to produce fuel of different kinds, in particular - a water-coal suspension and fuel briquettes and also to improve their quality. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to produce fuel as the water-coal suspension or fuel briquettes and to improve their quality. ^ 1 dwg
