Mass part of powder located under net N 5 is not less than 40%. Component mixing is carried out in the following amounts: sodium bicarbonate is 40 - 70% by weight, fine hydrophobic silicon dioxide is 0.5 - 5.0 % by weight, remainder is water non-soluble mineral or mineral mixture. ^ EFFECT: reduced energy consumption during powder production, reduced production time, increased fire-extinguishing powder capability, decreased moisture- absorption capability, increased water resistance, improved fluidity. ^ 3 cl, 4 ex
