Nozzle for injection of electrolyte and electrodes are correspondingly positioned in inlet and outlet sections of tubular thin-walled branch pipe. Special attachment of branch pipe to rod ensures its self-orientation in flow of liquid that excludes requirement for usage of additional guiding blades.
