SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes data gathering and processing unit, protected storage, control panel, monitoring unit, controller of protected storage, audio information processing unit, digital interface conversion unit and information read-out unit. Entire scope of information is supplied to controller of protected storage through gathering and processing unit. Accurate copy of content of protected storage is formed in information read-out unit. Proposed system ensures communication with ground services and transmission of required digital information in real time through on-board radio station of flying vehicle.
