SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing epoxy resins-base polymeric materials used as a binding agent for laminated materials, protecting covers and sealing agents. The composition comprises epoxydiane resin, sulfur-containing modifying agent and amine hardening agent. The composition comprises thiocol of brand NVB-2 with an average molecular mass 800 Da and the content of active SH-groups 3-4% as a sulfur-containing modifying agent. As an amine hardening agent the composition comprises organosilicon diamine of the formula: with molecular mass 566 Da and the content of active amino-groups 5.7%. The definite ratio of components provides preparing polymeric materials eliciting the enhanced chemical stability, water resistance and water-repellent properties and retained heat resistance and hardness.
