Proposed device contains electric drive, two shafts mechanically intercoupled, closed flexible tape of excess length, pressure member and tension member in form of intake bar whose axle of rotation is located lower than axles of rotation of drive drums. Drum center-to-center distance exceeds radius of curvature of contact surface of support-and-winding tape. Bar freely fitted in guides. EFFECT: preservation of constant pressure onto surface of roll at increase of its diameter. 4 dwg
