Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: system is prepared by layerwise charging oxide and pre-sulfidized catalysts obtained by mixing of (i) catalyst granules comprising carrier and one or more catalytically active metals on oxide form and (ii) elementary sulfur in the form of particles lesser in size than particles of catalyst and taken in proportion no more than 50% on the weight of catalyst at temperature below boiling point of sulfur. Mixture is heated at temperature above boiling point of sulfur in air or inert gas flow at continuous stirring. Layerwise charged pre-sulfidized and oxide catalysts are treated by circulating hydrogen-containing or inert gas at flow rate 2.0-4.5 m3/m3 at 100-250o and excessive pressure 10-20 atm. Circulation of gas through catalytic system is preferably started when temperature of catalyst in the inlet of reactor achieves 100-140o and temperature is then raised with a rate of 10-20o/h. Stirring of components is preferably effected in rotary-drum apparatus at rotation speed 0.7-2.5 rpm and with residence time at least 60 min.
