CONTACT DEVICE FOR THE MASS-EXCHANGE APPARATUSES

FIELD: production of contact devices for packed columns of gas-liquid mass-exchange apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a contact device for the mass-transfer apparatus, that may be used in particular in the packed columns of the gas - liquid systems. The purpose the given invention is intensification of the mass-exchange process by decreasing the hydraulic resistance and liquidation of zones of stagnation. A packed column for the mass-exchange apparatus consists of periodically placed rectangular plates, which form an angular member with a slot at its vertex and are located with their angles upward. At that edges of the plates of the upper line form with the plates of the lower line positive allowances with the ratio of the width of the slot at a vertex of the angle to the width of the allowance is 1 : 5. EFFECT: the invention allows to intensify the mass-exchange process by decreasing the hydraulic resistance and liquidating the zones of stagnation. 3 dwg
