Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with applying medicinal preparation onto pathological focus. As medicinal preparation one should apply unstable emulsion based upon either sea buckthorn or olive oil containing about 60 - 65 weight% of electrolytic aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite. One should apply 1 - 2 drops of emulsion mentioned onto pathological focus once or twice daily for 3 - 10 d. In unstable emulsion one should apply electrolytic aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite at 45 - 80 mg/l concentration. Moreover, as electrolytic aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite one should apply its buffered solution at 0.35 - 0.45 g (NaH2PO4) /100 ml sodium hypochlorite.
