SUBSTANCE: method comprising steps of heating melt metal in steel melting aggregate, draining it to steel casting ladle, spraying by compressed air. In order to produce raw powder according to invention method comprises steps of preparing metallic raw powder with predetermined fraction size by spraying melt through slide valve rigidly secured to steel casting ladle and having calibration opening with diameter 11-13 mm at temperature of melt in spraying zone 1400-1450C.
