Zusammenfassung:FIELD: manufacture of flying vehicle envelopes, such as airship, aerostats and similar vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed material includes warp made from polyester fabric at breaking strength by warp and weft no less than 80 kgf/sq cm with adhesive layer obtained through impregnation of warp by polyurethane solution in ethyl acetate, two additional layers of different thickness obtained by application of polymer composition on both sides of warp and protective layer obtained through application of polymer composition on additional layer of lesser thickness; thickness of one of additional layers is equal to 0.8-0.9 of thickness of other additional layer and thickness of protective layer is equal to 0.7-0.8 of thickness of additional layer which is in contact with it. Material is produced by forming adhesive layer on warp made from polyester fabric at breaking strength by warp and weft no less than 80 kgf/sq cm by impregnation of warp with polyurethane solution in ethyl acetate, application of two additional layers of different thickness and protective layer on additional layer of lesser thickness.
