SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a mobile line for grading and roentgenoradiometric separations of ores and technogenic raw materials and it is pertinent to mining, ores enriching and other industries, that process ores and technogenic raw material from dumps. The technical result is improvement of quality of separation of lumps with the foreign inclusions, for example, clay without precleansing and operation of the separator with oscillating conveyers without origination of resonance effects, reduction of non-productive losses of time, increase of productivity and technological effectiveness of separation. The line contains the following made with capability of motion and installed on the movable supports equipment: a feed hopper, a grading sifter, feed conveyors and a roentgenoradiometric separator with a vibrating conveyorhandler. The roentgenoradiometric separator is installed on a movable platform with a wheel chassis and supplied with additional rigid collapsible supports with the bearing surfaces made in the form of the transportation skis. The rigid supports are linked with the skis through a system of hinges and supplied with nuts linked with a thread rod having different direction threading. The skis are additionally fused to the platform by removable jibs. EFFECT: the invention allows to improve the quality of separation of lumps with the foreign inclusions, to operate the separator with oscillating conveyers without origination of resonance effects, to reduce the non-productive losses of time, to increase productivity and technological effectiveness of separation. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
