Forcer-rod is equipped with cams with beveled ends, placed evenly along forcer diameter. Diverting member is fixed in hydraulic cylinder and is equipped with slots for guiding shelves of forcer-rod and with cams with beveled ends, located as mirror reflection of forcer-rod cams and being radially displaced towards the latter.
