METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DISMANTLING OF FORMS OF CELLULAR CONCRETE ARTICLES

FIELD: procedure of manufacture of building materials, applicable for manufacture of insulating and structural-insulating cellular concretes of autoclave hardening. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in elimination of the form installed on a metal bottom plate precut by horizontal cutting lines to rows of mass and by vertical cutting lines to articles. Dismantling of the forms of the concrete mass is accomplished by its separation in the horizontal cutting lines, the lower rows of the concrete mass are fixed, and the higher rows of the mass are displaced upwards up to separation, separation is accomplished from top to bottom. The device for dismantling of forms of cellular concrete articles has a metal bottom plate and knock-down forms. The metal bottom plates are installed on a chain conveyer, installed near it is a fingered crane having in its turn a pair of upper grips and a pair of lower grips, then follow a tilter and a belt conveyer.
