SUBSTANCE: the knife for dermatologist is fastened on a mandrel by a detachable clamp of a special construction. The knife is made in the form of a cutting disk with a maximum thickness of 0.25 mn with a diameter exceeding the maximum dimension of the mandrel by no more than 10 nmm. The mandrel outer surface has a shape for atraumatic withdrawal of the skin graft.
