Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously administering ozonized 0.09% sodium chloride solution having ozone concentration of 450-500 mcg/l at a dose of 400 ml in all stages of surgical treatment. Ozonized 0.09% sodium chloride solution having ozone concentration of 1000 mcg/l in the amount of 200 ml is introduced via catheter into the urinary bladder for 20 min. The procedure is carried out in known order. The treatment course has 3 intravenous injection every other day, 7 urinary bladder treatments daily during postoperative period. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; simplified urinary bladder treatment with no antiseptic solutions and special purpose apparatus used.
