SUBSTANCE: proposed gear includes portable electromagnetic pickup, rejection filter tuned to frequency of 50 Hz, additional rejection filter with frequency of 150 Hz, additional unit of spatial placement of bars to generate signal of spatial distribution of bars of rotor containing full-wave rectifier, double frequency filter and counting flip-flop for frequency division, recorder of rotor revolutions, counter of number of bars, counter of rotor revolutions, units of parallel flip-flops, units of AND gates, indicator. EFFECT: enhanced adaptability of gear to installation of pickups and electric safety, excluded probability of failure of asynchronous motor under operating conditions due to presence of pickups of gear inside motor frame, increased accuracy of determination of damage to rotor winding under conditions close to idle running 6 dwg . |
