Dynamic and concentration data are processed by applying statistical moments method and plots are built in coordinate system AUC/D on D. Microsome oxidation system state violating norm is determined from the fact that dependency of AUC/D on D including other computed pharmacokinetic parameters is deviated beyond ±2delta limits when compared to preset reference values.
