DEVICE FOR WEIGHING SMALL MASSES

FIELD: weighing devices for precision measurement of small masses; chemical, pharmacological and electronic industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has transparent hermetic housing filled with liquid and provided with elastic cover and measuring unit with scale on side wall and float filled with gas whose specific gravity differs from specific gravity of liquid. Heating element is horizontally located inside transparent hermetic housing . Besides that, device is provided with unit for changing pressure of liquid under action of mass being weighed; this unit is made in form of lever articulated on plate fixed on housing. Said lever is made in form of telescopic rod held by stop with scale resting against elastic cover of housing. Suspended from end of this rod is cup; plate is provided with adjusting screw resting against elastic cover of housing. Rod vertically mounted in housing runs inside guide clips secured to measuring unit. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities; high precision of weighing of small masses. 2 cl, 1 dwg
