Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metallurgy, namely continuous casting of metal and simultaneously deforming it for making preset-assortment billets. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes builtup mold with opening in upper portion having paired lateral and horizontal walls; driven eccentric mutually parallel vertical shafts providing possibility for rotating eccentrics one relative to another by 180 degrees in different sides. Paired hydraulic cylinders mutually joined by means of pipe are mounted on each lateral wall. Rods of said cylinders engage with rest mounted on rotary shafts. EFFECT: lowered metal consumption of apparatus, increased accuracy, enhanced quality of products. 2 dwg
