SUBSTANCE: method involves enterally dropwise administering hydrolyzed enpit during the first 3-4 days after surgical intervention. 15 ml of NK biococktail is additionally enterally administered in bolus dose every day during 6 h long time interval. Active peristalsis manifestations being detected, the patient is transferred to peroral enpit administration 6 times a day at a dose of 25 kcal/kg/day with 30 ml NK biococktail given in one hour after taking meals.
