CUTTING PRESS

FIELD: leather industry; cutting out parts of shoes and leather articles. SUBSTANCE: in proposed press value of bending is reduced by changing place of location of working hydraulic cylinder or working hydraulic cylinders. Working hydraulic cylinders shoulders should be placed over impact plate and they should be lowered down not through entire length of cantilever, and only impact plate is lowered which makes it possible to reduced value of cantilever bending approximately two times. To provide more accurate cutting out of parts, working hydraulic cylinders are secured on spherical suspensions. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of cutout parts, reduced number of misses by decreasing skewing of piercer. 6 dwg
