APPARATUS FOR HYDRAULIC MOUNTING OF ROLLERS OF ROLLER GUIDE SECTIONS IN CONTINUOUS CASTING PLANT

FIELD: apparatuses for hydraulically mounting parts such as rollers of section of roller guide in continuous casting plant. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes hydraulic cylinders for mounting parts such as rollers. Each hydraulic cylinder is separated by means of piston with rod by cylinder cavity and annular cavity of cylinder. Cylinder cavities are made with possibility of connection (by means of control organs) alternatively, simultaneously and in mutually opposite directions with pressure source and with pressure absorber. Switching valves controlled by means of three-way regulator or pulse-width modulator are used as control organs. Each hydraulic cylinder may have four switching valves connected according to full-bridge circuit (each has one throttle) and united to group of switching valves. In such system it is unnecessary to use high-purity working fluid, for example it is possible to use water-oil emulsion as working fluid. EFFECT: lowered hazard of inflammation at leakage occurring, simplified design of apparatus, easy process of controlling operation for mounting roller sections. 5 cl, 4 dwg
