The proposed agent has viscosity value 12.8-13.2 MPa and comprises the following components, wt.-%: sodium metasilicate, 2.5-4.5; alkaline metal hydroxide, 10.0-14.0; sodium hypochlorite, 4.0-4.5; water-soluble polymeric thickening agent "Duksan-khlor" based on polyacrylates, 9.5-10.5; water, up to 100.
