Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: rocket engineering; actuating on-board guided projectile shot from artillery piece. SUBSTANCE: generator has yoke-mounted magnetoelectric system with flat armature and nonmagnetic counterpoise secured by means of nonmagnetic pushrod in central bores of counterpoise and yoke. Pushrod head on counterpoise end has its diameter greater than that of counterpoise through bore. Lock is made in the form of bushing fixed with aid of shear pin on opposite end of pushrod. The latter is provided with snap rind mounted in its drilling in front of armature at distance not smaller than diameter of shear pin. Part of snap ring protruding above pushrod surface is disposed in butt-end drilling of yoke central bore provided on armature end; bushing is made of nonmagnetic material. Generator assembly process includes pre- compression of armature and counterpoise to yoke-mounted magnetoelectric system. Bushing is pressed to yoke through pushrod head simultaneously with pre-compression of yoke and counterpoise. Then holes are sequentially drilled in bushing and pushrod to receive shear pin using one jig for the purpose. Generator assembling fixture has jig plate with guide bush installed in its threaded hole. Fixture is provided with set of changeable threaded screws intended for their turning in mentioned hole and with holes of different depth to receive shear pin of lock. Concentric drillings in jig plate form seating for generator fixed in position by means of lock stop formed by jig plate wall and threaded plug mounted in jig plate for engaging pushrod head. EFFECT: reduced difference in operating overload; enhanced safe overload capacity when incorporated in guided projectile. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
