SUBSTANCE: the suggested composition for delivering the substance into mouth cavity contains organosiloxane resin, volatile carrier capable to dissolve the resin, viscosity modifier and, at least, one substance for taking care of mouth cavity and, also, a composition is suggested that, additionally, contains diorganopolysiloxane polymer and, also, method is suggested to deliver the substance that deals with applying the composition onto dental enamel surface till the moment of film formation on it. Both composition and method provide effect of prolonged release of medicinal substance in mouth cavity and, also, onto the gum, mucous membrane and dental surface.
