Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: rocketry; development of filler having enhanced fire and erosion resistance, mechanical and adhesive strength. SUBSTANCE: proposed filler is produced by mixing organic filler- polybutyl methacrylate with ground mica on horizontal rollers, type DEMAG, thus obtaining mechano-chemical mixture used as filler for molding inhibiting compounds on base of unsaturated polyester resins. Proposed filler is used in various compositions for facilitating the procedure, reducing polymerizing shrinkage at hardening and imparting fire- and erosion-resistant properties and migrational resistance to hardened inhibiting coats. Combination of components at definite ratio makes it possible to obtain stable mechano-chemical mixture and to produce charges at required level of physico-mechanical, adhesion, fire resistant and ballistic characteristics.
