Due to detecting IL-4 level in blood serum being below 5.2 pg/ml and IL-10 level being above 145 pg/ml it is possible to predict unfavorable results of sepsis. The suggested method is highly sensitive and enables to predict results of septic infection in neonatals at the highest degree of probability and in the earliest terms.
