SUBSTANCE: the flight vehicle has a fuselage joined to the body of the tail unit through the rotation assembly, and cantilevers fastened on the body. Every cantilever is installed through the assembly unit with an axis perpendicular to the body surface. V- shaped recesses are made in the fuselage in the area of the joint to the rotating tail unit. The front lower parts of each cantilever enter the respective recess.
