At least one disc which surface faces body surface located in opposition is put on periphery of impeller in cavitation converter to form flow slit-ring conduit of variable cross-section tangentially eminating into vortex-forming element coming in the form of torus-shaped vortex forming body conduit which whirls liquid flow and communicates with one recirculation conduit as minimum.
