Zusammenfassung:FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for primary cooling of milk. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case with walls provided with annular protrusions arranged one above another. Protrusions have triangular longitudinal section, with upper side of triangle being inclined toward center. Refrigerant channels are formed in protrusions. Length of each channel exceeds length of circle. Drive shaft arranged along case central axis has disks positioned between protrusions and adapted for facilitating flowing of milk film from protrusion onto disk. Milk collector positioned in case lower part incorporates level sensors connected to control unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency in keeping quality of milk, elimination of obnoxious refrigerant odor obtained during cooling procedure. 2 cl, 2 dwg
