METHOD FOR MONITORING AND CONTROL OF AIR PARAMETERS INSIDE THE OBJECTS OF ARMAMENT, MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT OF GROUP STORAGE PROCESS LINE

FIELD: means of storage, in particular, methods for protection of machines and equipment against the influence of the environment. SUBSTANCE: the method includes the connection of the humidity monitor to a variable-capacitance transducer positioned inside the sealed object, switching of a definite mode of operation of the instrument, readout of the instrument indications, determination of air humidity inside the object. Besides, the air humidity and temperature are permanently monitored in the objects of storage at a simultaneous indication of their values, and when the maximum values of the air parameters are attained inside the objects of storage, control signals are transmitted to the signaling system of the maximum values of air parameters for perception of them by the operator and to the high- pressure air drying installation, and when the maximum values of the above parameters are attained, the light and audible signaling unit is switched on. EFFECT: reduced labor content for putting in storage of objects by 85%, enhanced periodicity of preventive maintenance operations and term of keeping quality of objects by 2-3 times, fully excluded the use of silica gel. 1 dwg
