Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, manifold is washed by heated organic and two inorganic solvent after blowing of manifold with ozone-containing mixture for changing coke and asphaltene compositions being a mixture of high molecular organic substances adhesioned on surfaces of walls of manifold with nozzles into composition of lower molecular mass featuring increased solubility. Then washing is carried out first by organic solvent heated to 85-95oC and then, in turn, by two types of inorganic solvent at temperature of 80-90oC which are repeatedly pumped in straight and reverse directions after which manifold is washed with water heated to 80-90198>C and dried with air heated to 100oC. Invention contains description of device for implementing proposed method of cleaning of manifold with nozzles which is provided with heated systems for delivering ozone-containing mixture, air, water, organic and inorganic solvents into manifold with nozzles to be cleaned and system for removing dissolved fuel coking products including vacuum pump with receiver and valves for straight and reverse pumping of inorganic solvents through manifold at pulse delivery conditions which provides evacuation of particles of coke deposits washed off from channel walls of manifold without choking small-size channels of nozzles orifices.
