Zusammenfassung:FIELD: hydraulic boring technology. SUBSTANCE: boring device has at least one guiding nozzle for cutting fluid, driving means for moving the device having at least one outwardly faced nozzle oriented against direction of device movement at an angle in range between 0 and 30 degrees relatively to given longitudinal axis, and drill pipe string made from elastic hose. With such device a special method of removing methane from coal layer can be used. In one variant method includes well-boring through the coal layer by means of hydraulic boring device, in another variant method includes forming of enclosure in a well near a coal layer and installing a well deflector in an enclosure for boring a well from an enclosure by means of said boring device for removing methane from the coal layer.
