METHOD FOR TOTAL ENDOPROSTHETICS OF HIP JOINT

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients with severe diseases of hip joint, such as: aseptic necrosis and severe joint's traumas. One should dissect tissues by layers, separate external broad femoral muscle up to the upper third of external lip of coarse femoral line together with the part of posterior surface of intertrochanterian area in direction from the front to the rear and from the top downwards by keeping fixation of external and internal obturators, square femoral muscle and twin muscles, arthrotomy, subcapital osteotomy of collum femoris, dissecting major trochanter by a single block together with superior department of collum femoris, osteotomy of the rest part of the collum along the border with intertrochanterian area, after removing caput and dissected part of the collum one should resect posterior departments of remained fragment of collum part in the block developed. The present method provides prevention in restricting external rotation of a limb. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 3 dwg
